Return & Exchange Policy
All UK orders are sent via tracked postage.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail international tracked and/or signed and come with insurance so that in the unlikely event that your item/s go missing, I will be able to process a full refund for you.
If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of its arrival where I can discuss options with you.
I am not able to refund custom orders or jewellery unless faulty.
